Smoking

• We have 7 no smoking cabins #1, #2, #3, #5, #7, #9 and #11. You may only smoke on the porches of these cabins. Thank you.  A fee of up to $50 may be applied for smoking inside these cabins.

Reservations

• Click here to check availability and make an on-line reservation!
• You will be charged for your entire stay at check in.
• Two night minimum (3 night minimum on Holidays). One night stays may be available for an extra charge.  Hot tub cabins, $30 for one night and $15 for all other cabins.
•  Holiday reservations with credit cards, the deposit will be charged to the card when the reservation is made.
• Check in time is 2:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m. please give us a call.
• Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

Late Check Out!

• We may be able to offer you the opportunity to stay until 6:00 p.m. the day of your departure if the room is not booked that day. You must request a late checkout the day before your scheduled checkout. We cannot reserve a late checkout ahead of time. The cost of a late checkout will be $25.

Long Term Rentals

• Please contact the Hidden Rest about our 1 week and monthly rentals.

Deposits

• We reserve the right to charge a deposit at the time of reservation. We may only obtain the credit card information for processing upon your arrival instead.
• Non-holiday reservation: Credit card guarantee or a check or money order for 1 night deposit must be received within 10 days of the date you call.
• Holiday reservations: Due to several incidences where credit cards were cancelled by visitors that didn't show up for Holiday reservations we WILL charge your Credit card for a 2 night deposit or a check must be received within 10 days of the date you call for any Holiday reservation.

Cancellations

• Ten day notice required in writing either by US MAIL or email to our cancellation email address (email) for deposit refund.
• No refunds for holiday period cancellations less than 30 days before arrival date. Less than 30 days and you will be charged the 2 night deposit.
• We do not charge a cancellation fee.

No shows

• Credit card will be charged for one night or deposit will be forfeited. For holiday reservations, credit card will be charged for two nights or deposit will be forfeited.

Pets

• We are a pet friendly establishment.
• You must let us know at time of reservation that you intend to bring a pet.
• The pet fee (this is not a deposit) is $10 per pet per night. The required deposit as stated above will not include the pet fee. NO PUPPIES PLEASE!
• Pets are not to be left unattended in the cabin.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times on the resort grounds.
• Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. 
• Cabins will be inspected after departure and damages charged if necessary.

PAYMENT POLICY

• All major credit cards excepted, no Diner's Club or Carte Blanch.
• Cash accepted, NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE!!!!
