Joe and Kim. Thank you very much for the most amazing weekend with my new husband and my 3 boys. This was a trip I was hoping would be a great "family" event my kids will never forget. All their expectations were definitely met! This was our first trip up here as a family and we will be back often. Thank you for the memories.

This was our third time here. We were surprised that Paul and Karol move on to new adventures. We are please to know that the new owners are just as awesome and a lot of fun. Diane and I had an enjoyable weekend here in Pinetop. Thank you for the use of the cabin. My body needed this, I wish we could of stayed longer. I know the two of you will put your mark on this place and make it even better. Good luck for the future.

This is our first time to do cabin camping and we can truly say we really enjoyed our 4 nights among the pines. The memories of our visit will cause us to return to the Hidden Rest Resort.

Welcome to the new owners. We were welcomed and greeted professionally by the son (Nik) Every one was warm and treated us like family. The area is a great vacation spot. We went horseback ridding, which was a piece of heaven. The view was beautiful, crossing streams, going up the mountain. The wrangler took our picture by the lake. Good luck and enjoy.

Thank you so much for a wonderful time! Our goal was to relax, rest, and celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. What a great place to do it! We enjoyed it so much and we thank you for your friendliness and hospitality.

Ahhh! Peace and Relaxation!
When you feel alone, and it's late at night and everyone around you is a little uptight.
When you feel you need, you need a little lift, Hidden Rest Cabins is the place with the gift.
When murky water stands in your above ground pool and some evil thing is lurking in your barn
Your sick of Interstates and the burnin hot sun, and no one really gives a golly, golly, gosh darn
Can I get a halelujah! Can I get a halelujah! You've got a friend in the Hidden Rest
Come on up and rest your mind anytime you feel your mind is gone
come back to the Hidden Rest........Where you belong.

I never knew a place like this could exist
A cold night, a pretty face written with love; absolute bliss, quiet, peace.
All the cities in the world could cease to even breathe-
Paradise is a mountain setting
Far to beautiful for a man who's never seen it to believe.

Came up from Tucson for a relaxing weekend with our family and sister-in-law's family. We've been here a few times. Had a good time. Barbequed, watched movies, and went up to ski area to show the babies snow. My husband and I have stayed in probably 5 cabins, love that they're each a little different. THe prices are so reasonable. As our stay winds down I want to thank you for offering a slice of heaven to heat weary people from the valley. The setting is beautiful and the cabin clean and comfortable. You've overlooked nothing from the nite lites in the bathroom down to a candle w/matches on the table. Outdoors we played ping pong, first time in 30 years, as we rarely have time for fun when home. We cooked out every nite and most importantly were able to bring our dog "children" as well. They loved it! We will be back. Joy & Rich

We ended up staying here because everything else in town was full - Thank God for fate! We had a quiet day on the slopes and came back to a cozy place where we could just relax and eat dinner in our PJ's! No worrying about where to go or what to wear. We will definitely be back! Sheryl & Joe R

Taj & I had a wonderful time here at the Hidden Rest. The weather was perfect for the wood stove & the hot tub. Too bad we didn't have ore luck fishing! We will definitely be back and recommend this highly to our family and friends. Good luck and best wishes. Sharon & Taj.

I rented this cabin as a surprise weekend getaway fro my husband's birthday We had the most wonderful time! Except for a trip to the grocery store for food, we didn't go anywhere for the whole weekend. It was so rustic, quiet, and calming here, we couldn't bring ourselves to go anywhere else! WE used the BBQ for dinner each night & took turns making breakfast each morning. Ant the hottub - don't even get us started on that wonderful, glorious addition to the room! We just loved our cabin #3, this is where we're coming evertime we come back. Thanks and good luck. Shad & Sara G.

Thank you for the great opportunity to enjoy the peacefulness of your wonderful cabin #3. MY husband to be and I enjoyed the feeling of being isolated in this cabin. The spa was wonderful and the snow that drifted down during the night to wakeup the next morning and see my car covered with snow. What a beautiful sight for those couples that choose run away from stress, worries, and the same old thing (the valley), and not to mention the children. This beautiful place is a wonderful get away. To those husbands, boyfriends, and even those engaged. Always remember to ask what your significant other wants - and needs - from you. And for the ladies, always remember don't be afraid to ask or say what you want!!! We shall return in October. We will be married October 18, 2003, and we plan to return for our honeymoon. The cabin was perfect, filled with all we needed. Kitty loved the tub. The stove kept the place warm & cozy. It snowed our first night which made for a great next day playing with the girls (our dogs) at Big Bear Lake. Thank you for the privacy...Love, J and Kitty

Everything was nice, just what we needed. We love coming up here, this is our 5th time. This trip was a weekend getaway gift from my husband for my 40th birthday. This is a great time of year to come up. The weather was nice and cool at night, the leaves have changed to beautiful colors. We don't get to see that back in the valley. I'm sure we'll be back again sometime next year.

I don't even know where to begin. I didn't know what to expect from the cabin. I was SHOCKED! and we fell in love w/the place as soon as we arrived. The spa was wonderful and we couldn't ask for a more comfortable environment to just relax in. I sat out on the porch and watched the snow fall gently down and as we went horseback riding across the wilderness. I didn't want to leave. Thanks. Cameron & Jame.

Well today we check out and have the honor of completing this journal you started in 2001. Matt, Katie, and our son, Alex, have really enjoyed our time together up here from Glendale. You both were so kind and helpful in finding the horseback riding..., the bait shop for our fishing..., and dinner at..... It was the best steak we've had! We've needed this time together and can't think of a better place than here. We will see you soon and wish you both luck in all life has to offer. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
